A physical with a physician’s signature is REQUIRED to be in our program. Please see Mr. Allen Andrus for the official physical form!
Dietary restrictions form
If your child has any dietary restrictions (lactose intolerance, vegan, religion observances, etc.), please fill out this form. Any student not on this form is assumed to eat our food we provide on trips.
Meals are usually pizza (cheese or pepperoni), chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers, sub sandwiches (turkey or ham), or barbeque (brisket or pulled pork).
3. Presto Login
All our band info and payments are through Presto-Assistant. It is free to sign up and is required for our program.
Please follow these directions:
1. Check the email you gave to Mr. Villanueva (Step 1 of this page) for an email from Presto Assistant
2. Create your password for Presto
3. Confirm your info - and your children’s info- is correct!
3. Join the Bandapp
